We don't pay the direct hotel rate anymore.
My sales reps used to constantly overpay for their hotels. Even if we had corporate rates set up at a hotel they would constantly pay the direct rate, not even knowing we have corporate rates set up at that hotel. Now they all can see our corporate rates for each city when they log into the ATS booking site. It’s also a great tool for me to track where my sales reps have traveled and are traveling in the future.
