a. Subscriber will pay a deposit of $1000 to be applied as required against future charges for the subscription fee. The deposit will bear no interest while held.
b. There is a onetime non refundable set up fee of $2995.00. This fee includes the customization of your company’s look and feel, free upgrades, training and unlimited tech support. This fee also includes two months of ATS back end research on new bookings. We will go in at the time of each booking and research the direct rates and enter them into your savings report.
c. Subscriber will receive the first two months at no charge.
d. Subscriber will pay ATS a monthly subscription fee according to the following schedule:
